Excelent location for city trip
Very good location in Earls Court in a quite street off the busy Earls Court Rd, a 2 min walk to the tube station. Very friendly staff, both reception and housekeeping that I've encountered. The room was lovely and very clean, lcd tv in the room that I thought was a nice bonus for all those rainy days. Found it a lovely small establishment with a very special crafted feel to it and very comfortable
Tiny walk-in shower - was ok for me with my frame although I could hardly move, but for an average or heavier-built person it could be impossible to even get in. No stairs and rooms may be as far up as the 3rd floor up a few windy and quite steep flights of stairs, so probably not the best choice for a large family with lots of luggage or the elderly unless lower floor accomodation may specifically be provided
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable, clean and warm. Free wireless internet was very useful and actually worked.
I booked a double in the hope that it might have a bath but I understand that these are only available in the family rooms. Perhaps it might be useful to highlight this on the website.
All front of house staff very pleasant
No lift, cramped rooms, sloping bed
Very kind and very helpfull hotelstaff, good breakfast
Very little bathroom, but OK for a short stay.
Staff was great , you can laeve your stuff at luggage room ,breakfast OK
No elevator !! so you have to climb to 3rd or 4th floor at the stairs!!
Big room (was a family room just for the 2 of us), clean bathroom with a bath and a lovely rainshower. Continental breakfast with fresh fruit. very close to metrostation and busstops. Not too far from centre
the sheets( covering blanket) seemed a bit old, sometimes a bit hot in the room. But in winter that's not too bad.
Very close to tube station, lively streets, but not noisy in the hotel room. Staff are kind and willing to help. Breakfast was satisfactory but could be better. Room was cosy and bathroom was well-equipped, perhaps because I stayed in a twin room (a bathroom in the double room my friend stayed was good too)
You can easily hear voices and TV sounds in the next room. It was a serious problem when I wanted to sleep early. Although the hotel claims to have satellite TV channels, there was not (perhaps there was but I couldn't find any such channels on TV in my room.) Free Wi-fi in the room not very fast.
It's location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast room and food were first class.
Being in a front room, thicker curtains would have been an advantage to block out the street lights.
The location on a quiet street just around the corner from Earls Court tube station is excellent. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. The decor of the rooms is significantly better than average for this category of hotel and the breakfast was very good.
The staff is helpful, breakfast is good enough, the most important advantage of the hotel is location, it's situated in 2 min from Earl's Court station and it's comfortable to go sightseeing
The steps in the hotel are high-grade and it's difficult to carry luggage, especially if you live on the 4th floor
Hotel is in very good connection location, close to Earls Court subway station. Traditional english building i.e. no elevator, which allowed some exercising from 3rd floor (where was our room) to reception or breakfast room. Room was cosy and clean. Reception guy was real gentelmen, helped us to carry our suitcase to 3rd floor, also suggested some restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was sufficient. We liked the hotel.
The room was very clean, the hotel is well located next to the subway. Breakfast not exceptional, but the quality was good. My room was very quiet.
Excellent location. Hotel is not on the high street yet within walking distance (2-3 minutes) from Earls Court Tube Station. As a solo (female) traveller, it is important that I feel safe walking back to the Hotel at night from the Tube Station. My room is small, but its clean and tastefully furnished. The bed is also very comfortable.
The shower cubicle in my room (single room) must be the smallest I've ever used. Even I, 5ft 5in in height and weighing 8 stones, had to squeeze to get in and close the shower door behind me. However the shower is clean, water is hot and powerful.
